ADK Boys Soccer: Fort Ann Gives Up Goal, but Top Lake George in OT

Fort Ann topped Lake George 2-1 in overtime

Fort Ann 2 Lake George 1 (OT)

Fort Ann saw their shutout streak come to an end, but they were able to get an overtime to goal to remain unbeaten with a 2-1 win over Lake George in an Adirondack League boys soccer showdown. Fort Ann gave up their first goal of the season.

Lake George scored first, taking a 1--0 lead on a goal by Anthony Cardenas .

Fort Ann got the equalizer late in the first half when Jeremy Johnson scored off of a Sawyer Lunt pass.

The Cardinals wasted  no time in the extra session as Tyler Mattison knocked home a Johnson pass just 32 seconds in.

Fort Ann is 11-0, 13-0. Lake George is 10-1, 11-2.

Hartford 4 Corinth 2

Hartford remained hot as they disposed of Corinth 4-2. The Tanagers led 1-0 at the half and outscored Corinth 3-2 in the second half.

Tristan Baker scored for Hartford in the first half.

Baker scored again in the second half, and Ryan Kibling added a pair of goals as Hartford led 4-0.

Corinth got goals from Michael All and Trae Dumas.

Gavon Darfler had seven saves for the Tanagers. Tyler Schlesier stopped six shots for Corinth.

North Warren 5 Argyle 1

North Warren led 4-1 at halftime and went on to beat Argyle 5-1.

Dan Caunter had a hat trick for North Warren. James Hayes and Lane Feldeisen also scored for the Cougars.

Steve Monroe had five saves for the Cougars. Derrikk Raymond had 18 saves for Argyle.

North Warren is 6-2-2, 6-4-2. Argyle is 3-7, 3-7.

Hadley-Luzerne 6 Granville 0

Granville was left still searching for their first ADK win as they fell to Hadley-Luzerne 6-0.

The Eagles got four goals from Ryan Beaury. Bruce Weiss, Zack Lewendowski also scored.

Nick Lashway and Billy Winslow combined for six saves for the Eagles. Nick O'Brien had 12 saves for Granville.

Hadley-Luzerne is 4-6-1, 5-6-1. Granville is 0-11, 0-12.

Salem 5 Bolton/Warrensburg 1

Aidan Mayer scored five goals as Salem beat Bolton/Warrensburg 5-1.

Tyler Dawson socred for Bolton/Warrensburg.

Ian Lockhart had five saves for the Generals. Garry Ross had five saves for Bolton/Warrensburg.

Salem is 4-6, 4-6. Bolton/Warrensburg is 2-7-2, 3-7-2.
