Rensselaer 28 Whitehall 13

Rensselaer threw a wrench into the Class D race as they upset Whitehall 28-13. The Rams led 14-13 at halftime and pulled away in the third and fourth quarters.

Davonte Foreman rushed for 136 yards and three touchdowns to lead the Rams who find themselves back in the Class D race.

Jake Moore had 104 yards and two touchdowns for Whitehall.

Rensselaer is now 3-2 after starting the year 0-2. Whitehall is now 4-1.

Cambridge 62 Fort Edward/Argyle 0

Fort Edward/Argyle are still searching for their first win as they fell to unbeaten Cambridge 62-0. The Indians led 55-0 at halftime.

Colton Dean had a pair of touchdowns for Cambridge and Zack Rowland threw a couple of TD passes and 120 yards.

Dean ran for 67 yards. Ryan McLenithan rushed for 73 yards and a touchdown. He also added a pick six for the Indians.

Cambridge is 5-0. Fort Edward/Argyle is 0-5.

Canajoharie 25 Warrensburg 21

Warrensburg led 806 at halftime and 15-6 heading to the final stanza before Canajoharie rallied for a 25-21 victory in a key Class D game. The Cougars outscored the Burghers 19-6 in the fourth quarter.

Quarterback Nick Kocjan threw for two touchdowns and ran for one for Canjo. Richard Consalvo rushed for 122 yards. Nick Suits added 116 yards.

Greg Shambo rushed for 184 yards for the Burghers. Mark Monthony threw TD passes to Shambo and Joe Turner for Warrensburg. Trevor Prosser returned a kick 78 yards for a touchdown.

Canajoharie is 4-1. Warrensburg is 3-2.

Helderberg Valley 39 Salem 20

Helderberg Valley led 27-0 after three quarter and fought off a Salem comeback attempt.

Dylan Duncan threw five touchdown passes for Helderberg Valley.

Nick DeDominico ran a kick back 82 yards for the Generals. Nate Holmes tossed a 14 yards TD pass to Cole Greg for Salem.

Helderberg Valley is 1-4. Salem is 0-5.
