NHL Notes; Shattenkirk Trade, Sakic on State of Team, Bruins and Landeskog

?Some notes from around the league to kick off the day; 

-The St. Louis Blues still have a massive asking price on defenseman Kevin Shattenkirk, which is making it even more unlikely that he will be dealt prior to this year's trade deadline. Shattenkirk is a free agent after the season. 

-Avalanche GM Joe Sakic said that his team has to get younger, but stressed that he won't just make a deal unless it's for the right price. 

-The Boston Bruins are still showing interest in Avs forward Gabriel Landeskog, but a deal between the two teams at the deadline may be unlikely.
