The 2016 Olympics in Rio will be starting on August 5th, which is coming very quickly and Rio is very unprepared. With the low amount of staff and security, the power outages in arenas, the bacteria filled water, and the outbreak of the Zika virus, tourists, and more importantly the athletes are skipping out on this year's Olympics. It's safe to say that the Olympics in Rio is already in a crisis and has been for a while now.

Here is a list of all international athletes who will not be competing in this year's summer Olympics in Rio due to the Zika virus, scheduling, injuries and major conflicts:

All Russian athletes (doping)

Track&Field: (Kenya) Wilson Kipsang, Dennis Kimetto

Basketball: (USA) Stephen Curry, Lebron James, Chris Paul, Blake Griffin, Dwyane Wade, Chris Bosh, Russell Westbrook, Kawhi Leonard, Andre Iguodala, Damian Lillard, Anthony Davis, John Wall and LaMarcus Aldridge (Spain) Pau Gasol

Golf: (Ireland) Rory Mcllroy, Shane Lowry, (USA) Jason Day, (Fiji) Vijay Sing, (South Africa) Charl Schwartzel, Branden Grace, (Australia) Adam Scott, Marc Leishman

Cycling: (USA) Tejay van Garderen

Tennis: (Australia) Nick Kyrgios, Bernard Tomic, (Austria) Dominic Thiem, (USA) John Isner, (Spain) Feliciano Lopez

The Olympics this year in Rio will definitely be different from previous Olympic years due to the certain circumstances, which will cause much debate surrounding the International Olympic Committee and questions will be raised on Rio's preparation for the games.
