If you are a guy, this will hurt to watch. But probably not as much as it hurt the person who suffered the injury.

Oakland A's catcher Stephen Vogt had to leave Sunday's game with the Seattle Mariners after a foul tip hit him in the worst place possible.

Um...the groin area.

Vogt was taken to the hospital after having to be helped from the field. We assume he was wearing a cup as most baseball players, specifically catchers do. But no cup in the world is going to soften the blow from a 90+mph baseball hitting you in the place the sun does not shine.

Yeah, the full video doesn't make it look any less painful...
