Wolves' Michal Zyro Headed Out on Loan

Once touted as a big part of the future at Molineux, after just two first-team appearances after an 18-month injured spell, Wolves Michal Zyro has been confirmed to be heading for a loan spell at Charlton Athletic.

The 25-year-old Zyro was sidelined back in April 2016 when a reckless challenge by MK Dons defender Antony Kaye resulted in a fractured knee and multiple torn ligaments.

The two appearances the Polish-born winger has made this season as a substitute were not at all bad, but with the competition for forward positions in Nuno Espirito Santos’ squad more intense than it has been in years, there is likely no place for the talented youngster this year.

Will he ever be back? At this point, I would say that’s doubtful, but only time will tell.
