Washington Capitals Fan Reaction Prologue (Update so far in the season)

So, this is my first blog post ever... So in this post I will be talking about what has happened so far in this season for the Caps. This post will be a bit shorter than usual posts because I will be just summarizing the record, injured players, etc.

As I am writing this the Caps record right now is 11-5-2 which is pretty respectable of a record for this early in the season. Coming off a loss in the last minute against the Blue Jackets we are looking to stay positive after a loss and get the win back against the Blues.

The last thing I wanted to talk about in this blog post is the update on injured players. On Friday, November 18, we played the Red Wings and had four forwards injured including T.J. Oshie, Tom Wilson, Andre Burakovsky, and Lars Eller.

The only one who came back to play the period after their injury was Tom Wilson. On Sunday against the Blue Jackets Burakovsky was cleared to play, but Oshie and Seller are still out with undisclosed "upper body injuries" as said by Trotz.  This called for some changes that were not desired, so we called up Paul Carey from the AHL.

So, I hope that you guys enjoyed my first blog post of the WCFR, follow my blog for game reviews, Caps news, injury reports, and more.
